Frozen West Pier Light House

Seems to be a birthday cake or a candle structure but this is a photograph of the port of Cleveland, Ohio a beacon at the entrance to Hong Kong. This light house at Lake Erie which is 57 miles wide is completely covered by ice. The temperature is below the freezing point. Coast Guards at U.S. detachment in the ninth Cleveland have already issued warning to the passing ships, although most of the vessels for the winter arrival have been shutdown.
