The highly decorated and world renowned architect, Gaetano Pesce was born in La Spezia in 1939. An alumni of the University of Venice. The “ Organic Building" in Osaka is one of his famous works. The Architect currently lives in New York since 1980, Gaetano Pesce, has designed an amazing sofa called ” Montanara” upholstered with mountains and waterfalls. The name comes from, Montanara ,which is located in the southern Swiss Alps, on the south facing hillside, above the river Rhone .
