Designers are constantly striving to improve bike design whether conventional or electric. Designer Javier Cuñado, a student of Industrial Engineering in Bilbao. Bilbao is a Spanish municipality, capital of the province of Biscay. The NEO family of bikes,designed by Javier,are rugged, easy to operate and are electric driven. The battery and control mechanism have been located so as to improve the center of gravity of the bike. The batteries can be removed easily and recharged at home.
